Choose the right size for optimal comfort and safety:

• 0–6 months (40x64 cm):
  Designed for newborns – wraps gently without pressure. Helps babies feel secure and calm, while giving enough room for little legs and arms to move freely.
• 6–18 months (50x90 cm):
  Ideal for older babies who can sit and roll over. Offers more space while keeping them warm and safe all night – even for the most active sleepers.

What is TOG and how to choose the right sleeping bag?

TOG is a rating that measures the insulation level of the fabric – helping you select the best sleeping bag for the room temperature and season.

• 0.5 TOG – lightweight and breathable, perfect for hot summer nights (above 24°C). Use with just a short-sleeve bodysuit or even a nappy.
• 1.5 TOG – suitable for moderate temperatures (21–23°C), ideal for spring and summer. Combine with a light cotton sleepsuit or bodysuit.
• 2.5 TOG – warmer option for cooler nights (16–20°C), autumn and winter. Best paired with a long-sleeve bodysuit and cotton footed pyjamas.

• Always ensure the neckline and armholes are properly fitted and fastened.
