TERMS AND CONDITIONS
of use for the website www.waldin.eu
I. General Provisions
- The following terms (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to all products presented for sale via the website www.waldin.eu.
- Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. We may change them from time to time and publish the updated version on our website. The amended Terms and Conditions apply from the date of publication and apply to new orders placed after that date. For orders placed before the date of change, the Terms and Conditions accepted by the Customer at the time of placing the order apply. We will inform you in advance of any significant changes to the Terms and Conditions that may affect the rights or obligations of the consumer concerning already concluded contracts.
- References in these Terms and Conditions to “Waldin,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to WALDIN sp. z o.o. with its registered office at Rozbórz Długi 66B, 37-560 Pruchnik, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Rzeszów, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number: 0000990054, NIP: 7922317140, REGON: 522971538, share capital: PLN 10,000.00. It is Waldin with whom you are entering into a contract. These Terms and Conditions apply to transactions between the entrepreneur and the consumer (B2C).
- To make purchases via www.waldin.eu, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal representative and be authorized to use the payment card used.
- Before concluding the contract, Waldin provides consumers with the following information:
a) identifying details of the seller and means of contact,
b) main characteristics of the products, appropriately described considering the means of communication and the type of goods,
c) the total price of the product, including taxes and any additional charges for delivery, packaging, transport, etc. – in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the information presented before order confirmation,
d) the manner and timing of the performance of the contract, as well as complaint procedures,
e) information on the right of withdrawal (duration, method of exercise, effects) – in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and the withdrawal form constituting Appendix 2,
f) information on the existence of statutory rights under warranty for defects in sold goods and the possibility of using out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms.
g) These details are also provided to the consumer on a durable medium (e.g., in the confirmation email of the concluded contract) or are available for download before placing an order. - These Terms and Conditions are available in English, German, French, Italian, and Dutch.
II. Right of Withdrawal from the Contract
- You may withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving it by completing the sample withdrawal form, which constitutes Appendix 1 to these Terms and Conditions. Please send it back to us by email at info@waldin.eu. You have 30 days (counting from the working day following receipt of the order) to withdraw from the contract to receive a full refund of the purchased products and the delivery costs.
- If you wish to withdraw from the contract and you paid for delivery, we will refund the cost of standard delivery to your country, even if you chose faster delivery. For example, if you paid €8 for next-day delivery, but the cost of standard delivery is €4, we will refund you €4. If your product is incorrect or faulty, we will refund the full delivery cost. For example, if you paid €10 for next-day delivery, we will refund you €10.
- If you have already received the order and want to withdraw from the contract, you must return the products subject to withdrawal to us. Once you notify us of your decision, we will provide you with details regarding the return procedure. In the event of withdrawal, the consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods, i.e., the cost of return shipping from the consumer to Waldin.
- Returned products must not show signs of use beyond ordinary checking. The consumer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from improper use. All returns are checked by us upon receipt.
- We strive to accept all returns resulting from withdrawal. Returned products should have the original labels but do not need to be sent back in the original packaging — it is important that they are properly secured for transport. The consumer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from their use in a way exceeding ordinary checking, as would be done in a physical store. If we do not receive the returned product on time, we may offer to collect it — in such a case, the cost of the service may be deducted from the refund, subject to prior agreement with the customer.
- The right of withdrawal from a distance contract does not apply to the consumer in relation to contracts where the subject of the service is:
a) a product delivered in sealed packaging that, for health or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned after opening if the packaging has been opened after delivery;
b) a non-prefabricated product manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or serving to satisfy their individualized needs.
III. Placing an Order
- After placing an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation of its receipt at the email address you provided. This confirmation does not yet constitute the conclusion of the sales contract — it only informs you that the order has been properly placed in our system.
- The sales contract is concluded at the moment we send you an email confirming the acceptance of the order for processing (e.g., “Order accepted” or “Order in progress”) and after successfully charging your card or other selected payment method.
- Order fulfillment depends on the availability of products and the correctness of the indicated price. If the ordered product is unavailable or there is an obvious pricing error, we will inform you immediately and refund all payments made if they have already been charged.
- All products remain the property of WALDIN until full payment of the purchase price is received.
IV. Prices and Product Descriptions
- If an obvious error in the price or product description is detected after the order has been placed, we will inform you promptly and offer you the option to confirm the order under the correct terms or to cancel it.
- If we are unable to contact you within a reasonable time, we will cancel the order and promptly refund any payments made.
- All prices listed in the store are gross prices and include the applicable VAT rate.
- Delivery costs may be charged depending on the order value, the selected delivery method, or the delivery location. All additional fees will be clearly shown during the ordering process and included in the total amount payable.
V. Delivery
- Before finalizing the order, we will display the available delivery options along with the estimated time and expected delivery date, depending on the selected delivery address. This information will also appear at the payment stage. Regardless of the number of products in the cart, we charge only one delivery fee.
- We make every effort to ensure that orders are delivered within the estimated time. For reasons beyond our control — such as delays on the part of carriers, weather conditions, or logistical disruptions — the delivery time may be extended. In such a case, we will inform you promptly. A delivery delay does not affect your statutory rights, including the right to withdraw from the contract if the order is not delivered within a reasonable time.
VI. Promotional Codes
- From time to time, we offer promotional codes that allow for a reduction in the price of selected products or orders. Each code may have its own rules and conditions, including: validity period, minimum order value, possibility of single or multiple use.
- Before placing an order, you must manually enter the promotional code in the appropriate field at the checkout stage. Codes are not applied automatically.
- We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or change the operation of a promotional code in the event of technical irregularities, attempted fraud, or other actions disrupting the proper functioning of the promotion. In such a situation, we will inform you about the change if it affects your order.
- Promotional codes do not limit your statutory rights, including the right to withdraw from the contract
VII. Klarna Service
- In our store, you can use deferred payment offered by Klarna — an independent payment service provider.
- Klarna allows you to pay for the order at a later date (e.g., within 30 days), without additional fees — depending on the available options and eligibility.
- Note: The Klarna service is not available to all customers. Klarna independently decides whether to provide payment based on an automated assessment, including purchase history, personal data, and risk analysis. If Klarna is not offered as a payment method at the time of placing the order, please choose one of the other available methods.
- The payment agreement concluded under the Klarna service is entered into directly with Klarna Bank AB and not with the Waldin store — https://docs.klarna.com/resour....
VIII. Personal Data Protection
- Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, where we describe how we collect, store, and use your information — including for the purposes of order fulfillment and communication.
- If your data changes (e.g., email address, delivery address), please inform us so that we can continue providing services to you properly.
IX. Acceptable Use Policy
- It is prohibited to undertake any actions that could disrupt the functioning of our website or compromise its security — in particular, introducing malicious software, attempting to hack, intercepting data, modifying content, or using automated systems (so-called data scraping).
- Such actions may constitute a legal violation and will be reported by us to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
- Despite applying technical safeguards, we cannot guarantee that our website will always be free from errors or threats. We recommend using up-to-date antivirus software.
- By using our website, you agree to comply with the principles of fair use. In the event of a gross violation of these principles, we reserve the right to restrict access to the website.
X. Warranty Arising from Legal Provisions
- We are obliged to deliver products to consumers that are in conformity with the contract. The consumer is entitled to a warranty arising from legal provisions for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery of the goods.
- In the event of non-conformity of the goods with the contract, the consumer has the right to:
a) free repair or replacement of the goods,
b) and if repair or replacement is not possible, not carried out within a reasonable time, or causes significant inconvenience to the consumer — to an appropriate price reduction or withdrawal from the contract. - The warranty arising from legal provisions applies regardless of any additional commercial or manufacturer warranties that may be attached to the products.
XI. Complaints
- In case of any questions, concerns, or complaints regarding the order or our services, you can contact us:
a) E-mail: info@waldin.eu
b) Correspondence address: WALDIN Sp. z o.o., ul. Rozbórz Długi 66B, 37-560 Pruchnik, Poland - We will process your complaint no later than within 14 days from its receipt.
- If the matter cannot be resolved through a complaint, you have the right to use alternative dispute resolution (ADR) with the entrepreneur.
- You can seek assistance from one of the entities authorized to conduct ADR proceedings. Their current list is available on the European Commission’s website: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers...
- Using the ADR procedure is voluntary — both for you and for Waldin Sp. z o.o.
- For any questions regarding the out-of-court dispute resolution procedure, you can contact the national contact point.
- The contact point advisor will answer your questions and guide you through all stages of filing a complaint — https://ec.europa.eu/consumers...
- To shorten the complaint processing time and reduce related costs, before returning the product, please send photos of the complained element to the email address: info@waldin.eu. In most cases (over 99%), complaints supported by submitted photos are handled by sending a new or missing element without the need to return the entire product, which significantly speeds up service and reduces costs.
- For any questions regarding product safety, please contact: info@waldin.eu.
XII. Governing Law and Termination of the Agreement
- You may save or print these Terms and Conditions at any time — we recommend keeping a copy.
- In the event of a gross violation of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, Waldin reserves the right to suspend access to services, after informing the user and allowing them to provide explanations, unless there are technical or legal reasons requiring immediate action.
- Waldin reserves the right to change or terminate the provision of specific services, as well as to update the content of these Terms and Conditions. We will inform you in advance of any significant changes to the Terms and Conditions if they affect your rights or obligations. If you do not accept the changes, you may choose to stop using the store.
- These Terms and Conditions and the legal relationship between you and Waldin are governed by Polish law. In the case of concluding a contract with a consumer residing in another member state of the European Union, the choice of law does not deprive the consumer of the protection resulting from the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence.
- To the extent that the mandatory provisions of consumer protection law of the customer’s country of residence grant them greater protection or broader rights than the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, those provisions take precedence, and the Terms and Conditions apply only insofar as they do not violate or limit the rights granted to the customer by those provisions.
- Any disputes related to the performance of the sales contract concluded through the Waldin.eu store may be resolved by the competent common courts. The consumer also has the right to bring an action before the court competent for their place of residence.
These Terms and Conditions are effective from May 30, 2025.

Every consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires after 30 days from the day on which the consumer receives the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the consumer receives the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform:
WALDIN Sp. z o.o.
ul. Rozbórz Długi 66B
37-560 Pruchnik, Poland
email: info@waldin.eu
of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., sent by post or email). You may, but are not required to, use the sample withdrawal form (Appendix 2 to the Terms and Conditions).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal from the Contract
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, all payments received, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered), will be reimbursed without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise — and in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
The reimbursement may be withheld until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer.
The consumer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
